Media personality, Oluwaferanmi Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemo Lee, has caused a stir after he showed off receipts from a night out he had at a Lagos club.
Yhemo Lee recently took to his Instagram page to flaunt a receipt showing that he spent millions of naira at a club in one night, and this spurred reactions from fans.
Furthermore, the receipt shows that Yhemo Lee spent a total of 40,167,500 million naira on just drinks.
Sharing the receipt alongside videos of him having a swell time at the club, the socialite captioned it, “Me vs Me #Nightlife #bayrocklifestyle”.
Meanwhile, the post has since drawn a flood of criticism from social media users, the majority of whom berated him and questioned where he got his money.
A Twitter user with the handle, @tutortosin1 wrote, “40m+ in a night? Make I no talk before some people go talk say na poverty mentality. This is obviously too much. Investing such would have been better. But who I be wey I go dey advise rich person how e go take spend him money.”
Another user @Topgist also questioned, “How do you drink 110 bottles of water in one night? When you are not suffering from dehydration #100,000 for Energy drink Una wan face hul”.
